What’s the minimum number of seats for an enterprise subscription?
Two. For a single seat, buying individually from the courses page is clearer and simpler.
How are subscriptions billed? Is there a semi-annual option?
Annually only. The price is $23 per seat per month, paid upfront for the year = $276 per seat per year. There’s no semi-annual option.
Does the subscription include new courses?
Yes. Every course published during your subscription opens for your team on its release day at no extra cost — that’s the whole idea: you subscribe to the platform, not to a frozen list of courses.
Can a seat be moved from one employee to another?
Yes. If someone leaves or joins, message us and we’ll free up the seat and reassign it. We only ask that reassignment isn’t used to share one seat between two people at the same time.
Can we add seats after the subscription starts?
Anytime. Added seats are prorated against the time remaining on your term and end on the same date, so you keep a single renewal rather than several.
What happens at the end of the year?
We reach out well before the term ends, and you decide whether to renew or stop. No auto-renewal, no surprise charges.
