How long does the course stay in my account?
One payment, no monthly subscription and no yearly renewal, and the course stays in your account for as long as the QAcart platform runs — including any lessons added later, at no extra cost. To be honest: no platform can literally guarantee "lifetime" access; if the platform shuts down, access ends. That's not the plan — we're building QAcart to last — but we'd rather you know before you buy.
Can I preview before paying?
Yes. Every course has free lessons open without an account — and in the automation courses, the first two full sections — so you know the teaching style and the level before you decide.
How do I sign in?
With just your email — you get a six-digit code to enter on the site, no password. To protect your account, only one session stays active at a time, so signing in on a new device ends the previous session.
How do I pay? Are discount codes accepted?
Two ways: by card via Stripe — access unlocks instantly, and you'll find the discount code field on the checkout page itself. And from Jordan, via CliQ to the alias QACART; after the transfer, send your email and a screenshot of the transfer on WhatsApp and we'll activate the course within hours. Create your account on the site first with the same email.
I want to buy for a whole team — is there a company option?
Yes, through the enterprise subscription: one seat per engineer opens the full library — QA and testing courses, AI courses, and everything published during the year — on a single company invoice instead of twenty separate purchases. Note the difference: an individual purchase is a one-time payment you keep, while an enterprise seat lasts a year and is renewable. Details are on the team and company subscriptions page under Services.
Is there a refund?
No — purchases are final and there are no refunds. That's why every course opens free lessons before you pay: try the style and content at your own pace, and pay once you know what you're buying.
Can I download the videos?
Videos are watched on the platform only. The articles and attached resources stay available to you anytime.
Are the courses in English?
Yes, fully in English — with technical terms and code exactly as you'll meet them at work.
